Roll out 'opt-out' testing for HIV in London A&Es
We worked with all London NHS hospital trusts, HIV specialists, people living with HIV, clinical leaders and NHS England to design and deliver communication and marketing tools for the implementation of opt-out testing for HIV, plus hepatitis B and hepatitis C, in all London emergency departments. We conducted research, developed an approach, and executed a range of communication and marketing collateral, plus equipped participants with media packs and social media assets. The result was a cohesive and impactful approach that was quickly implemented and now is being adopted across the UK. Read more
Communication review and recommendations
Through our work with healthcare providers in Wandsworth and across south west London, we gathered insights about what was working well for our client and where they could adapt and improve.
